Lassie
During my internship at Lassie, I worked on researching the quiz feature and how it worked/ could be improved for new users. I began with researching what made a successful quiz and why users would be more inclined to use this feature.
I conducted my own research with a new user base, beginning with simple questions about whether they are keen to learn new training ideas, how would they feel with a bad score etc. From here I conducted a two-part interview with a selection of users. I created a lo-fi prototype of the existing user journey and asked the new users to test it and recorded their feedback. Then went through a card sorting exercise to see what features they would love, like or pass.
I gained insights from this combined with the initial research to create a new user journey based on all the feedback and what the users would be keen to use. This then began the iteration phase of fine tuning and further testing of the developments.

As well as this being a UX role I also project managed the entire process and drew illustrations to be used in the app as well.
